Gravitational Constant
| Definition |
| The gravitational constant, G, is a constant of proportionality first found in Newton's law of univeral gravitation. It relates the gravitational force experienced by two bodies, the masses of the two bodies, and the distance between them. The current value for the gravitational constant is 6.673E-11 N*(m^2)/(kg^2). |
